So I started this blog to get more clients educated on the best deals out there in Miami… I live in Aventura and of course, this city is not only my home, but the city I grew up in… So I would like to point out the best deals right now for foreclosures.. right now as we speak.. .the 3 main buildings with a large amount of foreclosures are
1. Parc Central
2. Turnberry on the Green
3. Oceanview (Located in Sunny Isles/Aventura)
Let me tell why all of these buildings are hot buys right now…
First off all, as of 1/22/08, The cheapest 1bedroom for sale is going for $174,000. This is a foreclosure, remodeled and is approx. 1,060… with 2 FULL BATHS!! Last year, if you were able to find a 1 bed for $275,000, it was an awesome deal…
In regards to 2/2’s… you can buy some at really cheap prices from $235,000 to $250,000 depending on if they are remodeled or not….
